- What is The Wellness Revolution?
- The Wellness Revolution is the latest fitness program designed by Health Entrepreneur and Celebrity trainer Chris Males. Chris’ was the first Canberran to start the popular BootCamp program within his other company ‘Pro-Fit Corporate Health’, a course that has seen over 1,000 people achieve their fitness goals over the last 5 years. Wanting to innovate with an even better version of outdoor Group Fitness, Chris is now offering participants the chance to work within a 90 Day Group Fitness Class, guaranteed to produce absolutely amazing results. Chris, together with an expert team of trainers, has designed a program that blends the best parts of popular gym classes, BootCamps, Yoga, Pilates and Sports Conditioning Techniques all into the one ‘Mother of All’ programs. Add to that the online support from Nutritionists, Health & Fitness Professionals, Goal Setting Coaches and Chris himself, and you have yourself a program like no other.
In the program you will work out with your trainer 3 times per week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) and also perform a short take-home program on 3 other days of the week.
The Wellness Revolution is for those that really want to see significant changes in their body. From losing fat, to toning up, to increasing strength and flexibility, this program has it all.
- What do the actual classes involve?
- The classes make use of our WR Resistance Bands as well as our very own WR CardioX Routines. In these classes you will sculpt every muscle, especially the abs, chest, thighs, and buns. You will also work up a sweat with the most effective cardio routines for fat-blasting. The program has been designed to keep your metabolism up for hours and therefore turn you into a fat-burning machine.
- Does the program involve running?
- The classess are generally stationary classes performed basically 'on the spot' and do not involve much running at all. They are set up just like a large gym class.
The take-home program includes either walking or running depending on your level. We have devised a program that is quite easy to adapt to due to it’s progressive loading, significantly reducing any chance off injury or overuse.
- What time and Where is The Wellness Revolution held?
- The Wellness Revolution is held on the lawns between the National Library of Australia and Lake Burley Griffin.

Morning sessions start 6:30 am and finish by 7:30 am,
- How much does it cost?
- The 90 Day Program costs $670 + GST ($737) and comes with a complete money back guarantee.
- How fit do I need to be to take part?
- It doesn’t matter if you are super fit or not fit at all. This program has very carefully been designed to engage all ages and stages of fitness into a workout that achieves specific results for them. We offer gradual progression in all parts of our Program, providing options that will make it either harder or easier for you.
- What will I need to take to the Class?
- Before the class commences you will have an information night a few days earlier. We will get in contact with you regarding the time and location. On this night, you will be given your Yoga Mat and Resistance Band of your choice/level. Please ensure that you bring both these items with you to every class.
A full water bottle is also a must!
